A curated outdoor mindfulness experience combining nature, creative expression, and gentle emotional integration.

This gathering is centered around neurographic art, a therapeutic, mindfulness-based creative practice developed to support stress reduction, emotional processing, and deeper mind-body integration. The process involves working with spontaneous, intuitive lines, transforming intersections into soft rounded forms, and gradually building a connected visual composition through color and presence.

During this process, you are invited to gently access the subconscious mind. The flow of drawing allows thoughts, emotions, and internal patterns to emerge in a non-verbal way. Many people notice that the evolving lines and shapes resemble natural neural patterns of the brain, which is why this method is believed to support emotional integration and help “reorganize” internal experiences in a calming and symbolic way.
